To access core features of Perfogram, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the Service

Perfogram allows users to create and broadcast audiovisual content, including live and recorded sessions, via integrations with third-party services. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and stream using Perfogram (“User Content”). However, by using the Service, you grant Perfogram a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and transmit your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions to broadcast your content, including any music, images, or third-party appearances.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Perfogram to:

• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

• Broadcast illegal or unlicensed content.

• Harass, defame, or harm others.

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.

• Circumvent user authentication or access control mechanisms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you’ve violated these Terms, applicable laws, or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

7. Disclaimers

Perfogram is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be secure, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfogram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
