DUBLIN, Ireland, Sept. 28, 2026 - Perfogram, a pioneering startup in AI-empowered real-time interactive video, today announced the appointment of Dr. Amer Bitar and Ahmad Alshamaly to its Board. They join the founding team of Dr. Rami Albatal, Dr. Zaher Hinbarji, and Mohamad Hinbarji as the company expands its customer base across the United States, Europe, and the GCC.

Perfogram’s deep tech reaches customers through Perfogram Studio, its flagship product, which brings the full production cycle into a single platform. A pre-production agent handles research, scripting, and show planning. A live agent manages scene direction, audience interaction, moderation, and subtitles during the broadcast. A post-production agent then clips highlights and republishes content across social platforms. The platform streams with less than half a second of delay, so real-time polls, quizzes, contests, and in-stream shopping work for large audiences. Dr. Amer Bitar is an international licensing and market-entry strategist with more than 25 years of experience. He is the Founder and CEO of BBM Licensing Inc., which helps global brands expand into the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. He co-founded the Licensing Horizons conference and co-authored The Authenticity Formula: A Practical Guide for Building Meaningful Brands Across Cultures (Palgrave Macmillan, 2026). At Perfogram, he will focus on brand positioning, strategic partnerships, and market entry.

Ahmad Alshamaly is a business and operations leader with more than 21 years of international experience. As a CEO, he has built a track record in scaling businesses and driving growth. At Perfogram, he will focus on operational scaling, commercial growth, and enterprise development.
